Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment Officer to manage the full-cycle hiring process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the organization’s staffing needs while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting to onboarding
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements
Create and post job advertisements on various job portals and social platforms
Source candidates through databases, networking, and headhunting
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams
Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment databases
Conduct reference checks and background verification
Prepare offer letters and negotiate employment terms
Ensure compliance with company policies and hiring regulations
Track recruitment metrics and prepare reports
