About the Role

We are looking for a proactive, smart and result-oriented Recruiter / HR Executive who can independently manage end-to-end recruitment operations for ZyntaJobs.

Key Responsibilities

• Candidate Sourcing: Find and attract suitable candidates according to client job requirements using job portals, LinkedIn, WhatsApp and other sourcing channels.

• Screening & Shortlisting: Review resumes, conduct telephonic screening and shortlist relevant candidates.

• Client Coordination: Understand hiring requirements and coordinate with clients regarding candidate profiles, interviews and recruitment updates.

• Candidate Onboarding: Coordinate interviews, selection follow-ups, joining confirmation and onboarding documentation.

• Recruitment Operations: Handle calls, emails, WhatsApp communication, candidate databases, data entry and record maintenance.

• Job Posting: Publish and update vacancies on the ZyntaJobs website and relevant job portals.

• Planning & Innovation: Develop new sourcing strategies, referral ideas and creative recruitment plans to improve candidate flow and successful placements.

Who Can Apply?

• Candidates with recruitment, HR, telecalling or talent-sourcing experience are preferred.

• Freshers with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn may also apply.

• Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.

• Comfortable with calls, emails, WhatsApp, spreadsheets and online tools.

• Self-motivated, organized and capable of managing multiple tasks independently.

• Must have a personal laptop and a reliable internet connection.
