Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and proactive HR Recruiter to manage the complete recruitment cycle for our organization. The candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end recruitment activities, from sourcing candidates to onboarding selected employees.
Roles & Responsibilities
Handle complete end-to-end recruitment process
Understand hiring requirements from different departments
Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and databases
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
Follow up with candidates during the selection process
Negotiate salary and finalize offers
Manage offer letter rollout and onboarding process
Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports
Ensure timely closure of open positions
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
0.6-1 years of experience in recruitment/HR hiring
Strong understanding of recruitment process and hiring strategies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously
Experience using job portals and recruitment tools
