HR Recruitment Intern – Role & Responsibilities
Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals.
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
Conduct initial phone screenings.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Post job openings on recruitment platforms and social media.
Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and documentation.
Support onboarding activities for new hires.
Prepare recruitment reports and hiring metrics.
Skills Required
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of recruitment processes.
Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Organisational and time-management skills.
