Recruiter

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.

• Develop and post job descriptions on various job portals and social media.

• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate final interview rounds.

• Maintain an active talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

• Collaborate with department heads to understand role requirements.

• Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for facility management positions (Housekeeping Staff, Security Guards, Supervisors, Technicians, Kitchen Staff, etc.).

• Ensure timely onboarding of staff while adhering to client requirements.

• Maintain recruitment records and prepare hiring status reports.

• Build and maintain a strong talent pool for ongoing and future requirements.
