Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven BPO Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for voice, non-voice, and technical support processes. The role involves sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates to meet business requirements within defined timelines. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, industry knowledge, and experience in handling high-volume hiring for BPO operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for BPO roles (Voice, Non-Voice, Technical, and Support functions).

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, campus hiring, and walk-ins.

• Conduct screening interviews to evaluate candidates’ communication skills, technical abilities, and cultural fit.

• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and manage candidate pipelines.

• Ensure smooth onboarding and documentation of selected candidates.

• Build and maintain a strong database of potential candidates for future requirements.

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly hiring targets as per business needs.

• Maintain recruitment reports, dashboards, and MIS for management review.

• Collaborate with HR and Operations teams to understand manpower requirements and close positions on time.

• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in BPO recruitment (bulk/volume hiring experience preferred).

• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and assessment methods.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage multiple requirements and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Familiarity with ATS, HRMS, and MS Office tools.

• Flexibility to work in different shifts (if required).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in campus hiring and walk-in drives.

• Understanding of BPO/KPO industry trends and hiring challenges.

• Ability to work under tight deadlines and pressure.
