We’re Hiring – HR Recruiter
Jai Auto Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a HR Recruiter to join our team.

Location: Sahibabad Site -4
Industry: Gear manufacturing
Education: Any Graduate / MBA (HR)

Key Responsibilities :-
Handle end-to-end recruitment for junior, middle, and senior-level positions
Understand manpower requirements from department heads
Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, consultants, etc.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up for feedback
Negotiate salary and manage offer rollouts and joining formalities
Maintain recruitment trackers and MIS reports
Ensure documentation and background verification before joining
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
Ensure adherence to company recruitment policies and timelines
