Trakshay Logistics Services Pvt. Ltd. is hiring Job Recruiters for Gurgaon. We work on the RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) model, providing third-party hiring solutions for leading grocery and quick-commerce companies such as Amazon Now, Blinkit, Zepto, and Instamart.

As a Recruiter, you will be assigned specific stations/locations where you will be responsible for hiring Picker & Packer candidates according to client manpower requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Recruit Picker & Packer candidates for assigned locations.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and field hiring.
Conduct telephonic screening and interview coordination.
Ensure candidate joining and onboarding.
Maintain recruitment data and daily hiring reports.
Achieve hiring targets within timelines.
Coordinate with operations and HR teams for manpower planning.

Requirements

Good communication and convincing skills.
Basic recruitment knowledge.
Target-oriented approach.
Experience in recruitment, HR, telecalling, or field hiring is preferred.
Familiarity with Gurgaon and NCR locations is an advantage.
