Job Description:
We are seeking a committed Recruiter to join our team and support the entire recruitment process. This role involves sourcing, evaluating, and coordinating the hiring of candidates for various departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and attract potential candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, and referrals

• Review resumes and conduct preliminary interviews

• Organize interview schedules in collaboration with hiring managers

• Oversee the full recruitment cycle from start to finish

• Maintain accurate records of candidates and generate recruitment reports as needed

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Familiarity with recruitment systems and platforms is a plus
