Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end field recruitment for logistics clients (delivery boys, warehouse staff, supervisors, etc.).
• Conduct field sourcing through visits, references, and local networks.
• Handle candidate screening, documentation, and onboarding coordination.
• Maintain recruitment reports and communicate with clients and internal HR teams.
• Participate in bulk hiring drives and meet daily/weekly targets.
Requirements
• Minimum 1 year of experience in field or bulk recruitment (logistics hiring preferred).
• Strong communication and networking skills.
• Comfortable with on-field activities across Hyderabad.
• Two-wheeler required for local travel.
