Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented IT Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, particularly in IT hiring, and be comfortable working in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle for IT positions

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and other channels

• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements

• Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate technical rounds

• Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers

• Maintain candidate database and track recruitment status

• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

• Meet hiring targets within deadlines

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in IT recruitment

• Familiarity with job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.

• Basic understanding of IT roles and technologies

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently in a remote setup

• Strong organizational and time management skills

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in sourcing for niche IT skills

• Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS)

• Exposure to contract and permanent hiring
