With a focus on quality, speed, and client satisfaction, we are building a strong team to drive impactful hiring solutions.Role Overview:We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Team Lead – Recruitment to manage and mentor a team of 10 recruiters. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a professional personality, and prior consultancy experience.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage a team of 10 recruiters, ensuring performance and target achievementOversee end-to-end recruitment delivery across client mandatesDrive sourcing strategies using job portals, databases, and social platformsMentor and train the team to enhance productivity and quality of hiresRequirements:Female candidates only3–5 years’ experience in recruitment, with at least 1–2 years in a team lead/mentoring role (preferably in a consultancy)Strong communication skills and confident personalityProven experience in handling large recruitment volumes and client interactionExcellent knowledge of job portals and sourcing methodsCompensation & Benefits:Salary: ₹3–5 LPA (CTC) including retention bonus & joining bonusIncentives: Up to ₹2–2.5 LPA based on performanceHealth Insurance & Allowances provided5.5 Days Working (Saturday half-day, Sunday off)
