Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Male Recruiter with at least 1 year of experience in end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates across various roles and levels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding

• Use various job portals, social media, and networking to attract suitable candidates

• Conduct initial screening and coordinate interviews with hiring managers

• Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics

• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Familiarity with sourcing techniques and applicant tracking systems

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
