We are looking for a highly skilled City Manager - Operations to join our team in Chennai. If you have a strong background in employee transport management and logistics operations, this is a great opportunity to take on a leadership role!

Key Requirements:
✅ Graduate with 8-15 years of experience in the employee transport industry
✅ Chennai-based candidate with strong knowledge of city topography
✅ Proven expertise in transportation & logistics management
✅ Strong leadership & team management skills
✅ Knowledge of transport regulations & compliance
✅ Excellent organizational & communication skills (email/verbal)
✅ Fluent in Tamil and English
✅ Ability to work under pressure & adapt to dynamic situations

Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Lead the tracking team to achieve On-Time Arrival (OTA) targets
🔹 Manage route distribution & evaluate vendor performance
🔹 Oversee transport applications (EFMFM, Move & Sync, Route Matic, One Transport)
🔹 Implement & manage driver & employee mobile apps
🔹 Ensure vehicle compliance and maintain daily MIS reports (D-1 for clients/vendors/branch)
🔹 Conduct briefing & training sessions for drivers, site supervisors & ground staff
🔹 Handle incident management & escalation resolution
🔹 Maintain strong client relationships to address business requirements
🔹 Play a key role in BCP situations (Floods, Cyclones, Network Outages, etc.)
🔹 Track & report OTA, OTD, No Show, Escort Utilization, Speeding MMR
