Job SummaryWe are looking for a proactive and results-driven HR Recruiter to oversee our full-cycle recruitment process. You will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring qualified candidates to meet our organization's staffing needs while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Strategy: Partner with hiring managers to understand current and future staffing needs and define ideal candidate profiles.Sourcing: Proactively build a pipeline of qualified candidates through professional networks, social media (e.g., LinkedIn), job boards, and employee referrals.Screening: Review resumes, screen applications, and conduct initial phone or video interviews to evaluate candidates for technical skills and cultural fit.Interviewing & Evaluation: Coordinate and conduct various interview formats, manage skills assessments, and provide shortlists to department managers.Offer Management: Facilitate the offer process, including salary negotiations, benefits explanations, and finalizing employment details.System Management: Maintain accurate, up-to-date candidate records and workflows in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).Employer Branding: Represent our employer brand positively to prospective candidates, ensuring a seamless and welcoming recruitment experience.Metrics & Reporting: Monitor and report on key recruitment metrics like time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and source-of-hire.
