Key Responsibilities
Sourcing and Attracting: Identify qualified candidates via social media (LinkedIn), job boards, and employee referrals.
Interviewing and Screening: Screen resumes, conduct phone/video interviews, and shortlist candidates.
Process Management: Collaborate with hiring managers to define hiring needs and manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Job Offer Management: Negotiate salaries and benefits to close candidates.
Onboarding Support: Facilitate initial onboarding and documentation for new hires.
Metrics Reporting: Track KPIs like time-to-hire, source-of-hire, and cost-per-hire.
