We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and attracting top talent for various roles across industries, while managing the full recruitment cycle—from requirement gathering to candidate onboarding.
Understand client requirements and prepare job descriptions accordingly
Source candidates via job portals , social platforms, and internal databases
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients
Follow up with candidates and clients for feedback
Maintain candidate database and daily reports
Handle offer negotiation and onboarding process
Ensure timely closure of open positions
Maintain compliance with recruitment policies and procedures
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong sourcing and screening skills
Ability to manage multiple positions and deadlines
