Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Recruiter to join our team, specializing in sourcing and hiring technical manpower such as machine operators, technicians, and helpers. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in blue-collar/technical hiring, excellent communication skills, and a flair for cold calling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and screen candidates for technical and general manpower roles.

• Conduct telephonic interviews and coordinate with candidates for further rounds.

• Maintain a pipeline of suitable candidates for various requirements.

• Handle end-to-end recruitment processes.

• Build and maintain strong candidate databases.

• Generate leads and referrals through cold calling and networking.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in recruitment, preferably in technical or blue-collar hiring.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Willingness to do cold calling and follow-up with candidates.

• Ability to work under targets and timelines.

• Basic knowledge of job portals and sourcing techniques.
