We are hiring an enthusiastic and result-oriented HR Recruiter for non-sales recruitment. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating with candidates for various job openings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references.

• Make calls to candidates and explain job openings, salary, and job requirements.

• Screen candidates according to the eligibility criteria.

• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.

• Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and joining.

• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

• Achieve recruitment targets and ensure timely closures.

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

• Minimum qualification: Graduate.

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Basic computer knowledge.
