Recruiter

Process payroll and ensure timely salary disbursements
✅ Maintain employee records and handle statutory compliance (PF, ESI, TDS, etc.)
✅ Coordinate with finance and HR teams for payroll inputs
✅ Resolve employee queries related to payroll and benefits

Requirements:
🔸 Bachelor's degree (Commerce/HR preferred)
🔸 Experience with payroll software (e.g., Excel, Tally, or any HRMS)
🔸 Good understanding of labor laws & statutory deductions
🔸 Strong attention to detail & confidentiality
