· Searching, scrutinizing. screening and selecting candidates from various sources like social media, in-house database, external online and offline sources, forwarding them to the clients and following up with the clients for updates

· Conducting interviews, accessing applicant viability for a position in terms of knowledge and experience, and matching them with current positions

· Handling existing clients and their current job openings

· Designing and implementing new recruitment strategies

· Finding new sources for searching unique candidates is one of the key roles that should be mentioned in all IT recruiter job descriptions.
