We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Recruiter with 6 months to 2 years of experience in recruitment. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills and a passion for identifying and engaging top talent across various roles and industries.
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various channels (job portals, social media, referrals, etc.)
Conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidates’ suitability
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
Support end-to-end recruitment for junior and mid-level positions
Assist in employer branding and job posting activities
Experience: 6 months to 2 years in recruitment or talent acquisition
Education: Any graduate (preferably in HR, Business Administration, or related field)
Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Basic knowledge of recruitment tools and portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn)
Good interpersonal and organizational skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring targets
Joining: Immediate or as early as possible
