Job Title: Recruiter (Fresher)

Job Description:

We are looking for a Recruiter (Fresher) to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for calling and coordinating with candidates, understanding job requirements, and supporting the hiring process.

Responsibilities:

• Make calls to candidates and explain job openings

• Schedule and coordinate interviews

• Maintain candidate database and records

• Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process

Requirements:

• Fresher or up to 6 months of experience in calling/recruitment

• Good communication skills (verbal & written)

• Willingness to learn and grow in recruitment

• Basic knowledge of MS Office is a plus

• It is a Full Time Recruiter / HR / Admin job for candidates with Freshers.
