About the Role

We are looking for a freelance HR Recruiter to support our hiring needs on a project or ongoing basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various roles, ensuring a smooth and professional recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), social media, referrals, and databases.

• Screen and shortlist candidates based on skills, experience, and cultural fit.

Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist, preferably in a freelance or agency setting.

• Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, sourcing techniques, and job portals.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple positions simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

• Experience recruiting for [insert your industry—IT, Non-Tech, BFSI, Healthcare, etc.].

• Strong network of potential candidates and industry contacts.
