Job Title: HR Intern – Recruitment

Location: Noida (On - Site)

Stipend: ₹2,000 – ₹3,000 per month
Duration: 3 months (with the possibility of extension or PPO based on performance)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment process – sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews

• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand requirements

• Post job openings on various portals and social platforms

• Maintain and update candidate databases

• Assist in initial HR interviews and feedback collection

• Manage recruitment-related documentation and reports

• Participate in employer branding and campus outreach initiatives

Who Can Apply:

• Freshers or students pursuing MBA/BBA/PGDM in HR or related fields

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Eager to learn and work in a fast-paced environment

• Familiar with job portals like Naukri, Indeed, workindia, LinkedIn, etc.

• Good command over MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
