We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Blue Collar Recruiter to manage the end-to-end hiring process for skilled and unskilled workers. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates for blue-collar roles such as technicians, helpers, drivers, construction workers, hospitality staff, and other manpower requirements. The role demands strong networking, people management, and negotiation skills to ensure timely and quality recruitment.
Understand manpower requirements from clients and hiring managers.
Source candidates through databases, job portals, advertisements, agencies, referrals, and field recruitment drives.
Screen candidates to assess suitability, experience, and qualifications.
Conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews with shortlisted candidates.
Coordinate trade tests, technical interviews, and client interviews.
Maintain candidate records, trackers, and recruitment MIS.
Counsel candidates regarding job roles, company policies, salaries, and overseas deployment process.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of workers for ongoing and future requirements.
Manage documentation, visa, and joining formalities in coordination with the operations team.
Ensure targets and deadlines are met as per client requirements.
Bachelor’s degree in HR / Business Administration or relevant field (preferred).
Experience: Minimum 1–3 years in blue-collar recruitment (GCC hiring experience preferred).
Knowledge of various trades and technical job categories (construction, MEP, hospitality, facilities management, manufacturing, etc.).
Strong sourcing, screening, and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (knowledge of regional languages is an advantage).
Ability to handle pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Proficient in MS Office, job portals, and social media platforms.
