Job Summary:
Responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment, employee life cycle, engagement, and performance management processes, ensuring smooth HR operations and alignment with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and induction.
Manage employee life cycle activities – confirmation, transfer, promotion & exit.
Support training & development initiatives and maintain records.
Plan and execute employee engagement activities.
Coordinate PMS, KRAs & KPIs for all departments.
Assist in payroll processing and statutory compliance.
Qualifications & Experience:
MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent.
3–6 years of HR experience (preferably in manufacturing).
Proficient in HRMS, Excel & statutory compliances.
