Job Description:

MB SONS J is seeking a Junior Recruiter or an experienced recruitment agency to support our hiring needs in Jaipur. The ideal candidate/agency should have at least one year of hands-on experience in recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting suitable candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand the company’s hiring needs and job requirements

• Source potential candidates through various channels (job portals, social media, etc.)

• Screen resumes and conduct initial screening interviews

• Coordinate with the internal HR team for interview scheduling

• Maintain recruitment records and reports

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of proven experience in recruitment

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Familiarity with sourcing techniques and tools

• Ability to manage multiple open positions

• Based in or familiar with the Jaipur job market
