• Sourcing of relevant profile through portal, referencing

• Validation/assessment of candidates against job requirement with requisite details like experience, notice period etc.

• Post feedback by senior, co-ordination of interview between candidate and client /senior

• Post selection, facilitate in offer making, getting offer accepted and manage candidate till joining

Preferred candidate profile

- Any Graduate with minimum 3 months work experience

- Good communication skills
