Recruiter

A US IT Recruiter manages the full hiring lifecycle for tech roles in the U.S., focusing on sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates with specific skills (like Java, .NET) for US companies, handling technical requirements, cultural fit, US tax/visa terms (W2, CPT, OPT), and ensuring a positive experience from posting jobs to onboarding new hires. They use job boards, networks, and databases to find talent, working closely with hiring managers to meet strategic goals and stay updated on IT trends. 

Key Responsibilities

• Sourcing: Find candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks, referrals.

• Screening: Review resumes, conduct pre-screening calls to assess technical skills and culture fit.

• Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to define needs, develop strategies, and understand roles.

• Interviewing: Coordinate interviews (phone, video, in-person).

• Candidate Management: Build talent pipelines, maintain relationships, ensure positive candidate experience.

• Offer & Onboarding: Negotiate offers, explain terms (W2, CPT, OPT), and assist with onboarding.

• Market Awareness: Stay current with IT trends, technologies, and hiring practices.
