Shift Timing: 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Salary: ₹5,000 – ₹7,000 in-hand per month (based on interview performance)

We’re looking for 3 dynamic HR Recruiters to join our team at Jobroots Consultancy and Recruiter. This is a part-time, onsite opportunity ideal for individuals passionate about recruitment and bulk hiring, especially in the BPO sector.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates for BPO roles

• Conduct interviews and coordinate hiring processes

• Manage bulk hiring drives and maintain candidate databases

• Collaborate with team members to meet daily recruitment targets

• Knowledge or experience in recruitment and bulk hiring

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply

• SIM card and data will be provided for work purposes
