Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented IT Recruitment Fresher to join our growing HR team. The ideal candidate will assist in sourcing, screening, and hiring top IT talent for various roles within the organization. Key Responsibilities:

• Understand job requirements from hiring managers for various IT roles (e.g., developers, testers, network engineers).

• Source candidates using job portals, social media, internal databases, and networking.

• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate suitability.

• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and interview panels.

• Maintain candidate data and update records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

• Assist in drafting job postings and publishing them on relevant platforms.

• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process and ensure a positive experience.

• Stay updated with industry trends and IT technologies to understand role requirements better.

Required Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic understanding of IT job roles and terminology (training will be provided).

• Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

• Good organizational and time-management abilities.

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
