Position: Blue Collar Recruiter
Location: Noida Sector 63 (Work From Office)
Experience: 1–5 Years
Industry: Recruitment & Staffing
Salary: As per industry standards

Job Responsibilities:

Source and screen candidates for blue-collar roles.
Hire for positions such as Drivers, Delivery Boys, Riders, Pickers, Packers, Loaders, Warehouse Associates, etc.
Coordinate interviews and ensure timely closures.
Maintain a strong database of blue-collar candidates.
Work closely with the recruitment team to achieve hiring targets.

Requirements:

1–5 years of experience in Blue Collar Recruitment.
Good sourcing and screening skills.
Strong network/database of blue-collar candidates will be an added advantage.
Experience in the Recruitment & Staffing industry preferred.
Good communication and coordination skills.
