Talent Acquisition Consultant BFSI & BPO

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Consultant with 2 years of proven experience in recruiting for the BFSI sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, and onboarding high-quality candidates for banking, insurance, and financial services roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for BFSI roles (Sales, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Finance, etc.)

• Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define job requirements.

• Source candidates through various platforms (Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, job fairs, etc.).

• Screen and shortlist candidates based on job fit and organizational culture.

• Coordinate interviews and feedback with hiring managers.

• Manage offer negotiation and onboarding process.

• Maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future openings.

• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

• Maintain and update recruitment dashboards and reports.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of BFSI, BPO and manufacturing domain hiring practices.

• Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and job portals.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.

• High attention to detail and a proactive approach.

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources / Business Administration or related field.

• MBA in HR is an added advantage.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in BFSI recruitment (banking, insurance sales, operations).

• Familiarity with mass/bulk hiring drives and lateral hiring.
