About the Role:
We are looking for a high-ownership, strategic, and data-driven Talent Acquisition Lead who will operate as the extended brain of the Head of Recruitment. This is not a traditional recruiter role—it requires someone who can lead hiring end-to-end, improve funnel efficiency, optimize sourcing channels, and build scalable hiring engines for a rapidly growing ecommerce organization.
You will drive TA initiatives across volume, niche, and leadership hiring while strengthening the TA function through analytics, dashboards, insights, and innovative sourcing strategies.
Partner closely with the Head of TA to design and execute recruitment strategies aligned with business goals.
Influence and challenge stakeholders with data-backed insights and hiring recommendations.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical, recurring, and emerging roles.
Own the full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing to onboarding—with minimal supervision.
Drive improvements in source mix, time-to-hire, and candidate quality.
Create dashboards, hiring metrics, funnel analytics, and weekly reporting for leadership.
Lead proactive sourcing across job boards, social media, referrals, headhunting, and passive talent mapping.
Conduct market intelligence, competitor benchmarking, and talent availability research.
Identify new sourcing channels and improve candidate inflow at scale.
Collaborate with business heads, hiring managers, and leadership to understand workforce needs.
Ensure high stakeholder satisfaction through clear communication, planning, and execution.
Ensure a smooth, structured, and engaging experience for every candidate.
Strengthen TA processes, interview frameworks, and evaluation systems.
Handle volume hiring, niche hiring, and occasional leadership mandates directly.
Build and execute campus recruitment strategies for entry-level hiring.
Manage vendor relationships when needed.
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
5+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience across startups, mid-sized firms, or fast-paced environments.
Demonstrated ability to manage high hiring volumes while also handling specialized roles.
Experience presenting data, dashboards, and hiring insights to senior leadership is a strong advantage.

Technical Skills
Hands-on experience with ATS tools (Keka advantage).
Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; ability to create meaningful dashboards.
Familiarity with Canva is a plus.
Work directly with the Head of Talent Acquisition and play a key role in shaping the TA charter.
