Job Title: Recruitment Executive (Female)

Company: Eagle Pack

Location: Sector 8, Noida

(Candidate must stay within 30 minutes travel time from the office)

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month

(Based on experience and capability)

Working Days & Timings: Monday to Saturday 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Eagle Pack is looking for a female Recruitment Executive who can handle hiring requirements efficiently and close recruitment at a fast pace.

The role focuses on end-to-end recruitment, ensuring that suitable candidates are always lined up as per the company’s hiring process. This is a good opportunity for someone who wants to learn, grow, and build a career in HR and recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

Hiring for office, sales, factory, and support roles

Posting job openings on job portals, Whats App groups, and other platforms

Calling and screening candidates

Coordinating and scheduling interviews

Regular follow-ups with candidates and internal team

Closing recruitment within required timelines

Maintaining candidate data in Excel / Google Sheets

Keeping a ready pipeline of candidates as per hiring needs

Eligibility & Requirements

Female candidate only

Age preferred: 20 to 30 years

Minimum 1 year experience preferred

Prior experience in a recruiter or hiring role is an added benefit

Good communication skills (Hindi mandatory, English preferred but not compulsory)

Basic computer knowledge

Working knowledge of Excel

Knowledge of Google Sheets is an advantage (not mandatory)

Willing to learn, grow, and take responsibility
