Key Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle recruitment: job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

Maintain candidate database (ATS or internal systems) and ensure accurate reporting.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Stay updated with current hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and market conditions.
