We are looking for a proactive and driven Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring activities. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, an eye for talent, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Filling positions within an organization.
Recruitment for various profiles (Sales, Customer Support, etc.)
Designing and implementing recruiting systems for the organization.
Working with organizations to develop a recruitment plan.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Executing recruitment plans efficiently.
Drafting and posting job descriptions.
Interviewing candidates.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Preferred Skills
Experience in bulk hiring (as per company).
Understanding of HR processes and employment regulations.
Good command over MS Excel & reporting.
