Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to support the HR team in daily administrative and recruitment activities. This internship will provide hands-on experience in HR operations, employee engagement, and talent acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in recruitment process (job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews)
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
Support in onboarding and joining formalities
Help in preparing offer letters and HR documents
Coordinate with candidates and internal teams
Assist in attendance and leave management
Support in employee engagement activities
Perform other HR-related administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements:
Pursuing or completed MBA / BBA / Graduation (HR or related field)
Basic knowledge of HR functions
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
Willingness to learn and grow in HR field
