Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning:
Partner with managers to understand needs, create recruitment plans, and design/update job descriptions.
Sourcing & Attraction:
Post jobs, find candidates via social media, professional sites, and events, and craft outreach emails.
Screening & Selection:
Review applications, conduct phone screens, administer tests, and provide shortlists to managers.
Database & Reporting:
Maintain applicant tracking systems (ATS) and keep records of recruitment activities.
