IT RECRUITER

**Job Responsibilities**

- Source, screen, and shortlist IT professionals (e.g., software developers, DevOps engineers, data scientists) using platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, and Indeed.

- Conduct initial interviews, assessments, and reference checks to ensure candidate fit.

- Collaborate with clients to understand hiring needs and build talent pipelines for IT roles.

- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including offer negotiations and onboarding coordination.

- Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment metrics for reporting.

**Key Requirements**

- Strong knowledge of IT job market trends, skills (e.g., Java, Python, AWS), and sourcing tools.

- Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil; proficiency in MS Excel and ATS software preferred.
