We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in recruiting for international voice process (BPO) and eCommerce roles. You will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent across multiple departments while ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for international voice process and eCommerce positions.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, job portals, and social media.
Screen resumes and conduct HR interviews.
Evaluate candidates' communication skills, technical knowledge, and cultural fit.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback.
Handle offer negotiations, follow-ups, and onboarding coordination.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Meet monthly hiring targets while maintaining recruitment quality.
Maintain recruitment reports and applicant tracking records.
Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
