About the Role
We are seeking a driven and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle—sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding—while delivering a seamless and professional hiring experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and draft compelling job descriptions.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking, referrals, and internal databases.
Screen resumes, conduct telephonic/virtual interviews, and evaluate candidates’ skills and cultural fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams, ensuring timely communication.
Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Manage offer rollouts, salary negotiations, and facilitate smooth onboarding.
Track and report recruitment metrics, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance.
Foster strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders to enhance the hiring experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role.
Solid understanding of recruitment strategies, sourcing methods, and HR best practices.
Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace; experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is an advantage.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
