Responsibilities

• Post job openings on various job portals and coordinate with hiring agencies.

• Source and track candidate applications from portals/agencies.

• Follow up with agencies and candidates for timely updates.

• Call candidates, screen profiles, and schedule interviews with the concerned managers.

• Maintain candidate data and interview schedules in MS Excel.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good analytical ability to match candidate profiles with job requirements.

• Excellent follow-up and coordination skills.

• Prior experience in recruitment preferred but not mandatory.
