We are looking for Freelance Recruiters to support high-volume blue-collar hiring for roles such as Delivery Associates, Warehouse Staff, Helpers, and Loaders for operations at Flipkart.

Responsibilities:

Source candidates through job portals, references, and local networks.
Screen and coordinate interviews with candidates.
Ensure candidate joining and documentation completion.
Manage bulk hiring requirements and provide regular updates.
