Key Responsibilities:
Source and screen candidates through job portals and other recruitment channels.
Schedule and coordinate interviews.
Conduct initial telephonic screenings.
Maintain candidate records and recruitment databases.
Assist with onboarding and joining formalities.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Excellent english communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
Proficiency in MS Office and job portals.
Organized, professional, and eager to learn.
