We're looking for a driven and detail-oriented US IT Recruiter to join our growing team in Hyderabad. In this hybrid role, you'll play a key part in identifying top-tier tech talent across the U.S. market and building strong candidate pipelines for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Source, screen, and qualify IT professionals for U.S.-based clients using job boards, LinkedIn, internal databases, and other sourcing strategies
Conduct phone interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, availability, and compensation expectations
Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and feedback with candidates and clients
Maintain strong relationships with candidates and proactively build a talent pipeline
Ensure timely submission of qualified profiles for open requirements
Stay updated on U.S. visa classifications (H1B, GC, USC, etc.), tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099), and market trends
Maintain accurate documentation and progress updates in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
Required Skills & Qualifications:
1–3 years of experience in US IT recruitment
Strong understanding of IT technologies, job roles, and U.S. hiring practices
Hands-on experience with sourcing platforms like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn Recruiter
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Flexible to work night shifts (US time zones)
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
