We're looking for a driven and detail-oriented US IT Recruiter to join our growing team in Hyderabad. In this hybrid role, you'll play a key part in identifying top-tier tech talent across the U.S. market and building strong candidate pipelines for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and qualify IT professionals for U.S.-based clients using job boards, LinkedIn, internal databases, and other sourcing strategies

• Conduct phone interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, availability, and compensation expectations

• Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and feedback with candidates and clients

• Maintain strong relationships with candidates and proactively build a talent pipeline

• Ensure timely submission of qualified profiles for open requirements

• Stay updated on U.S. visa classifications (H1B, GC, USC, etc.), tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099), and market trends

• Maintain accurate documentation and progress updates in the applicant tracking system (ATS)

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of experience in US IT recruitment

• Strong understanding of IT technologies, job roles, and U.S. hiring practices

• Hands-on experience with sourcing platforms like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn Recruiter

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Flexible to work night shifts (US time zones)

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
