Recruiter

We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic IT Recruiter (Fresher) to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn end-to-end IT recruitment processes — from understanding job requirements to identifying, screening, and onboarding top technology talent. You will work closely with senior recruiters and hiring managers to help build high-performing tech teams.

Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Sourcing & Screening

   • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media platforms.

   • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.

   • Conduct initial HR screening calls to assess candidate suitability.

2. Coordination & Communication

   • Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

   • Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

   • Coordinate feedback and assist in offer management and onboarding.

3. Database & Reporting

   • Update and maintain candidate records in the recruitment database or ATS.

   • Generate reports on hiring progress and pipeline status.

4. Learning & Development

   • Learn about various IT technologies, tools, and job profiles (e.g., developers, testers, cloud engineers).

   • Stay updated on market trends, hiring practices, and emerging skill demands.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good understanding of IT terms or willingness to learn technical concepts quickly.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and familiarity with job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, or Indeed.

• It is a Full Time Recruiter / HR / Admin job for candidates with 0 - 3 years of experience.
