Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Freelance Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for a wide variety of IT and Non-IT roles. You will act as an independent partner, sourcing, screening, and delivering top-tier talent to meet our clients' hiring demands while enjoying flexible, remote work.

• Understand Requirements: Collaborate with hiring managers/clients to clearly define job specifications, required skill sets, and company culture.

• Candidate Sourcing: Proactively source candidates using job portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn), professional networks, social media, and referrals.

• Screening & Shortlisting: Review resumes and conduct thorough initial phone/virtual screenings to assess technical abilities, soft skills, and salary expectations.

• Interview Coordination: Facilitate scheduling between candidates and the hiring team, collect post-interview feedback, and manage candidate expectations.

• Offer Management: Negotiate salary and compensation packages, manage offer roll-outs, and ensure smooth onboarding.

• Pipeline Management: Maintain an organized Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or database for current and future job openings.

Key Requirements

• Experience: Proven track record of 1–5 years in end-to-end recruitment across both IT and Non-IT domains.

• Technical Sourcing: Solid understanding of technical stacks (e.g., Software Development, Cloud, Data Engineering).

• Non-Technical Sourcing: Strong ability to fill roles such as Sales, Marketing, HR, Finance, and Customer Support.

• Tools: Proficiency in using job boards, professional platforms, and Applicant Tracking Systems.

• Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• Work Setup: Self-motivated with a reliable laptop, high-speed internet, and a dedicated workspace.
