3 Training the staff and Basic Induction to all the associates.                                      

4 Sharing the employee details to Payroll Department to Generate ESN                                                              

5 Attendance Collection as per SLA Coordinating with payroll for wages sheet and taking Approval from Client.                   

6 Follow-up with payroll Department for Payslips and sharing the same with the associates              

7 Issuing ESIC Temp cards for the Associates.      

8 Coordination with Associates for Uniforms       

9 Reliever Management, Manpower Management.

10 Development of New Business, Operational activity.

11 Client Site Visit.
